Scientific Reports International follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics as a primary reference to ensure scientific integrity and the quality of published research. The journal is committed to a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts and specialists across various academic disciplines.

The journal uses plagiarism detection tools such as PlagScan to verify the originality of submitted manuscripts and to prevent unethical practices such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification.

Principles of Publication Ethics

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo a strict peer-review process to ensure quality and originality.
  • Manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or submitted to another journal.
  • Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest or sources of financial support.
  • All data and references must be properly documented to allow verification and reproducibility of the research results.
  • The use of copyrighted materials without official permission is strictly prohibited.
  • All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism, and the journal reserves the right to reject or retract any paper that violates ethical standards.
  • The journal is committed to correcting any scientific errors discovered after publication.
  • Confidential information obtained during the peer-review process must not be used for personal or other unauthorized purposes.

Authorship and Copyright

Authorship is granted only to researchers who have made a significant scientific contribution to the research work, including study design, analysis, writing, or final manuscript revision.

Financial support, data provision, or access to resources alone does not qualify an individual for authorship.

Licensing and Copyright Policy

All articles published in Scientific Reports International are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License while the journal retains the official publication rights.

Data Sharing Policy

The journal encourages authors to share their research data to promote transparency and enable further scientific use, provided that no ethical or legal restrictions apply.

If the research data belongs to a third party, data sharing must be arranged in coordination with the data owner and in accordance with applicable regulations.
